1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MK Follower, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
MK Follower provides Instagram follower growth services. We deliver followers to your Instagram profile after successful payment.
- Followers are delivered to public Instagram accounts only
- Delivery starts within minutes of payment confirmation
- Delivery speed may vary based on order size
- Your account must remain public during the delivery period
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via UPI. Once a payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Payment must be completed within 5 minutes of order creation
- We accept GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps
- Do not attempt to pay a different amount than shown — orders may be rejected
⚠️ Always pay the exact amount shown. Incorrect amounts will not be processed and may be marked as failed.
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- If delivery has not started within 24 hours of payment
- If we are unable to complete the order due to a technical issue on our end
- Partial refunds may be issued for partially delivered orders
Refunds will be processed back to the original UPI account within 3–7 business days. To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
❌ Refunds are NOT issued if: your account was private during delivery, you provided an incorrect username, or the order was already delivered.
5. User Responsibilities
- You must provide a valid, public Instagram username
- You must provide a valid phone number for order tracking
- You are responsible for ensuring your account is public during delivery
- You agree not to misuse our service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
6. Service Limitations
We do not guarantee any specific results beyond follower count delivery. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to Instagram algorithm or platform policies
- Account suspension by Instagram (though our service is designed to be safe)
- Follower drops due to Instagram periodic cleanups
✅ We offer a 7-day refill guarantee — if followers drop within 7 days of delivery, we will refill them at no extra cost.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
